Is FlowyForm free?

Yes. The free plan has unlimited responses and up to 100 forms, with logic, file uploads, signatures, Google Sheets, Slack and webhooks. Premium removes the FlowyForm badge and adds partial responses, your own emails, team workspaces and custom domains.

How is this different from Google Forms?

Respondents see one question at a time, with logic that skips what does not apply to them. It feels like a conversation instead of a long page, which keeps more people going to the end.

Can I embed forms on my website?

Yes. Copy an embed snippet from the Share tab, or link to the form directly. Premium plans can also serve forms on their own domain.

Where is my data stored?

Responses are stored in our database and uploaded files in private storage. Only people in your workspace can see them. You can export or delete responses at any time.
